Why Form 230 matters
Anyone earning a salary can ask for 3.5% of the income tax already paid to the state to reach a non-profit organisation. It is not an extra donation. It is a choice: that money either stays with the state or reaches the association.
One form means, on average, a few tens of lei. A hundred forms mean a few thousand. For a young association, it is the most reliable source of funding in the year.
How it works
- you fill in the form on the site in a minute, signing on screen;
- the association files the forms with ANAF on your behalf, before the legal deadline (25 May);
- optionally, tick the two-year option so you do not have to fill it in again next year.
